"Nick came with Jimmy for our maintenance. He was trying to sell us a new ac. Ours is only 4 years old. In the end it was a 10 year deal which came to almost $20,000 for this deal. What deal. "The issue did not get fixed...the technicians said everything checked out and admittedly said they dont work on water cooled a/c often and dont stock the parts on the truck. One hour later same issue with a/c turning off and called Condee. They said the machines have a code you read and it took him 15 minutes to flush the drain. Issue fixed. So I paid service experts for nothing and said new system would be 13k. I asked Condee about that price and he said their cost would not be half that."

"Technician left my thermostat set to 69 degrees. (My unit can't handle that, the best it could do in the intense Florida heat was keep my house at 75.) Unfortunately, no one noticed until I got home from work several hours later. So, my electricity was being overused and my unit overworked which resulted in my pan being full of water. Because of that, the air stopped working briefly and my house was 80 degrees for about an hour until I was able to get the pan drained. Also was quoted $1200 for some needed maintanence and a friend/ HVAC contractor of mine literally laughed at the estimate. He said what you quoted us was a complete ripoff."

"This is not a rating on an individual technician it is on your company as a whole. We have paid you for years to service our systems. We now find that one system has deteriorated to the point where you recommend replacement of an entire duct system. This was not brought to our attention until the system was damaged to the point of creating water damage to interior ceilings. I am told that the duct system was undersized from the get go. You have serviced the system for many many years without telling us that."

"As part of my annual maintenance plan, for the 2nd of two visits I asked via the chat room for a technician to do an exterior inspection of my system only, for no one is presently living in the condo, which I repeated. I then asked to have the technician to leave a report of his findings in my door. I then get a call the day of that a technician will arrive soon and was asked if anyone will be there. I again said that no one will be there and that it is an exterior inspection only!!! Then I get a call from the technician that he is 20 minutes out. Then I get a second message saying that no one is at home. After all this I called and complained that no one is listening and paying attention to my instructions. I went over the entire debacle with a service consultant and she recommended I get an email of the report. She then said that she would email the report along with the invoice. I said, "NO", it is part of my annual maintenance contract. It is now 4 days later and I still don't have a report of the inspection. Looks like I need to look for a company that can actually follow simple instructions. Wouldn't you say?"

"This was the worst experience. I had an emergency issue with my AC not working after a tech being out 2x in 30 days. They put me on the emergency schedule at 10pm and said I was the next customer in line. No one called or showed up. I called at 130am to check status. I was still next in line. I stayed up all night and no one showed. Called at 645am and was still told I was next in line but they made a set appt at 10am for me. No one showed. Called at 11 and was still told next inline. Finally at 1245pm tech showed. He refused to come inside because though my dogs were gated on the other side of the house, he could still see them. This was the most ridiculous experience I have had. I called another company and they were out in an hour and repaired my AC. I signed up with their maintenance package and I want my maintenance package fully refunded by service experts."

Upon completion of my home, I had to tell him the downstairs air handler wasn't working. He forgot to switch to unit back on. After He left, I waited an hour for the A/C to start cooling the house. All Thermostats (downstairs & upstairs) were showing 82 degrees when set at 76. I went outside to the Heat Pumps to find the electric circuit breakers were disabled and setting on top of the boxes! I installed the breakers and all units started working and cooling the house. He was very courteous and did a good job cleaning the units. He just didn't check behind his work."

"The technician did a great job however I believe the company's policies on what is an emergency and what is not, is terrible! Our air conditioner broke after only being approximately 1 year old and it was on a Saturday. My husband talk to three different people through this whole situation. The gentleman did come out Saturday evening not long after we called however he said it was broke and nothing could be done till Monday. I would normally probably understand this but it was not advisable for us to go stay anywhere else because of the covid-19 and it was a record-breaking temperatures. They finally did come out and fix it Monday and my husband slept all day long almost to the evening because it took so much out of him from being in the heat. He had talked to someone who is going to check with the general manager or whoever it is to see if they could run an emergency standing air conditioner but they never did get back with us and when my husband called again the other guy said you can't even get a hold of them until Monday. It's a poor policy and it could have ended up in tragic."

I have my own supply of R-22. He should have repaired any leak found and topped it off. The EPA says you can still do that. I'd like my $39 back since the correct maintenance was not performed."

If he quits you get one chance to impress me or I move. I use your company because he does an excellent job. The first guy left me feeling like your company raped me. Another thing is when I got called to make an appointment I was in a meeting and I asked the person to call me back in a half hour. They said they would, they did not. I believe I got a call two days later. Dont tell me your calling me back in a half hour if you dont plan to call me back. Say youll call me the next day or its not possible. But I timed it so I was in my car at the time which is free time until I get home and have a million things to do. I was waiting for that call. So again I got a call during work and decided to excuse myself instead of asking for and expecting a call when it would be convenient to me."

He perhaps secured a discount by our replacing the ents on two units. His team also ID'd a leaking coil, and the replacement handled so well by John was covered in our contract, including the refrigerant. Tyler was superb and highly knowledgable and informative over the two days of vent replacement. Air flows were improved, and our fingers are crossed after my wife had an excellent night's sleep.
